As the lead on this project, I was responsible for equipping all meeting rooms with the latest video and audio technology. This involved selecting and implementing state-of-the-art equipment to ensure high-quality communication for both in-person and remote participants. Each room was optimized for seamless video conferencing and presentations, significantly improving the overall meeting experience and enhancing collaboration across teams.
